Roxanne Chayhitz

My name is Roxanne Chayhitz and I am an established Commercial and Residential real estate broker for Century 21 Alliance Group.

My husband Brent, who has worked as a police officer at the Valparaiso Police Department for the past 38 years, and I have resided in Valparaiso, Indiana since the early 1990s. We have four children, two grandchildren, and two dogs, Bentley and Lincoln. I am family orientated and enjoy spending time camping and being outdoors. 

My employment history includes working for SMS Assist, Argo Tea Café, and Family Express. As the Director of Operations with SMS Assist, I was responsible for executing all major customer service needs for our clients. My staff did the janitorial and maintenance at Starbucks, Dollar General, and Juan Valdez Cafe in the East Coast and Midwest region. I was Director of Real Estate, Construction and Maintenance at Argo Tea Café and was responsible for maintenance at all locations, managing budgets, ordering equipment, and project managing any new construction or remodels. I also was the Construction and Facilities Manager for Family Express, where I managed all new projects for all 54 locations along with maintenance of all new construction or any remodels.
